In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Description

ZG-90 zinc phosphate enhanced paints, which prime and top-coat in one application. Provides a superior combination of good drying time, great coverage, and solid opacity.

Demonstrates superior corrosion protection (meets ISO 12944-2, cat. C3, tested to ASTM B117) and adhesion (tested to ISO 2409:0).

The paints are RAL matched for accurate and consistent colour reproduction with a long-lasting satin finish.

Application Instructions

  • Use in well ventilated area.
  • Remove any rust and scale with a wire brush. Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, dry, and free from grease.
  • ZG-90 contains solids which settle during storage. Aerosol: shake the can vigorously until the agitator ball is free and continue shaking for a further minute. Tin: carefully stir the paint until solvent and solids are thoroughly mixed.
  • Shake/stir periodically during application.
  • Apply in light, even coats, from 15 - 20 cm away - best results are obtained with 2 - 3 light coats rather than one heavy coat.
  • Additional coats can be applied after 15 - 20 minutes.
  • When finished, clear the aerosol valve by briefly spraying the can upside down. When using the tin, firmly reseal it. Clean brushes with White Spirit.
  • Do not use on the inside of water tanks.
  • Remove prior to welding.
