Application Instructions

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove dirt, dust, paint, polish, and loose material—contamination reduces adhesive effectiveness.

Shake the aerosol can well before use. Mix thoroughly to ensure uniform adhesive consistency and propellant distribution.

Spray SA-90 directly onto both surfaces to be bonded. Apply from approximately 15 cm distance, covering both mating surfaces with even coating.

Use the adjustable spray pattern for application control. Adjust the pattern to match the surface area and application precision required.

Minimise overspray through precise application. Direct the spray pattern to cover bonding surfaces without extending onto adjacent areas.

Allow the adhesive to become tack-dry. Wait approximately 3–4 minutes at normal room temperature (longer at lower temperatures) for the solvent to evaporate slightly.

Monitor tack-dryness before final pressing. The surface should feel dry but remain slightly sticky; test with a fingertip to confirm tack readiness.
