Application Instructions

Remove any dirt contamination prior to application. Brush or wipe away loose dirt and debris from the rusted fastener area—clean surfaces allow maximum FR-90 contact.

Inspect the seized fastener and surrounding area. Identify the exact location requiring treatment and plan application approach for maximum surface contact.

Shake the aerosol can before use. Mix the penetrating oil thoroughly to ensure uniform formulation distribution.

Rotate the 360° valve to desired spray angle. Adjust the nozzle to enable spray delivery at the angle required for your application.

Apply liberally at close proximity to the fastener. Hold the can 5–10 cm from the seized fastener and spray generously, saturating the entire rusted area.

Ensure complete saturation of the rust. Make sure the lubricant contacts and soaks into the rust layer, with visible wet coating on the corroded surface.

Allow two minutes for penetration and freeze shock. Let the lubricant sit undisturbed for the full two minutes—this allows the freeze-shock effect to crack the rust and penetration to begin.
