Shake the aerosol can well before use. Mix the solvent-based formulation thoroughly to ensure uniform distribution.

Apply to welding wire before operation. Spray a light coating onto the welding wire to lubricate it, ensuring smooth feed through the torch.

Apply to surfaces subject to spatter. Lightly spray areas that will receive spatter during welding, avoiding the joint itself to prevent interference with weld formation.

Perform the welding operation. Proceed with standard welding operations; the anti-spatter coating prevents build-up on treated surfaces.

Brush off spatter after welding. Once welding is complete, brush away any spatter with a wire brush or scraper—treated surfaces release spatter easily without adhesion.
