Application Instructions

Test on sensitive or stressed materials first. Although AC-90 BIO is broadly compatible, test on specialty finishes or materials with high stress if concerned before full application.

Ensure good ventilation. Work outdoors or in well-ventilated areas; oil-based products produce vapours requiring air circulation.

Shake the container well before use. Mix the biodegradable formulation thoroughly to ensure uniform consistency and distribution.

Apply a thin, even film. Spray or dispense a light, consistent coating rather than heavy application—thin films deliver optimal performance.

Use extension tube for precise application. The included extension tube enables targeted application to specific components or hard-to-reach areas.

Allow a few minutes for penetration. Let the oil penetrate into joints and crevices before wiping or proceeding to next steps.

Repeat application if necessary. For heavily seized or dry components, reapply and allow additional penetration time.

Wipe away excess after penetration. Once penetration time has passed, wipe away excess with a clean cloth, leaving protective film.

Position the container as needed. Use the 360° valve to spray from any angle including inverted position without disrupting performance.

Do not use on energised equipment. Unlike AC-90, AC-90 BIO is not tested for non-conductivity—avoid application to energised electrical equipment.
