Application Instructions

  2. Ensure surfaces are dry. Moisture interferes with epoxy bonding; allow adequate drying time after cleaning and before adhesive application.
  3. Mix the two-part epoxy. Combine the resin and hardener according to the product instructions in the specified ratio. Mix thoroughly to ensure uniform consistency throughout.
  4. Apply adhesive to bonding surfaces. Dispense the mixed adhesive using the recommended 3M Manual Gun 08117 or 3M Pneumatic Gun 09930 for consistent, controlled application.
  5. Assemble components quickly. Position the panel on the substrate whilst the adhesive remains workable. Ensure full contact between bonding surfaces.
  6. Apply clamps or fixtures if needed. Hold components in position during initial set (approximately 90 minutes) to maintain alignment and adequate pressure.
