Dry surfaces if possible. Whilst 4200FC is moisture-reactive, wet surfaces can trap water preventing proper curing; allow drying for optimal results.

Inspect joint fit and alignment. Verify joint gap is appropriate for sealant application (typically 3–6 mm).

Prepare caulking equipment. Have caulking gun ready for hand application or pressure caulk system for large-volume work.

Apply sealant continuously along the joint. Use smooth, continuous motion without gaps or voids.
