Application Instructions

  1. Prepare the surface — Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and contaminants. A clean surface ensures proper tape adhesion and clean vinyl application.
  2. Dry the surface completely — Allow the surface to dry completely before applying tape. Moisture interferes with adhesion and can compromise cutting precision.
  3. Measure and mark the design — Determine where the vinyl graphic and knifeless tape should be positioned. Mark reference lines lightly to guide tape application.
  4. Apply the knifeless tape — Peel back the carrier and apply the tape directly to the surface along your design line. Press firmly to ensure good adhesion along the entire length.
  5. Smooth out air bubbles — Use a squeegee or application tool to remove any air bubbles or wrinkles. The tape must be perfectly flat and adhered for proper cutting.
  6. Apply the vinyl film — Position the vinyl graphic film directly over the applied tape, ensuring complete coverage of the tape line. Press the vinyl firmly into place with a squeegee.
