Application Instructions

  • Clean metal surface.
  • Select spray pattern required by turning nozzle between the "L" (narrow spray) and "H" (large spray) positions indicated on the valve. Do not try to force the nozzle beyond these settings.
  • Hold the can 10 to 20cm from the surface and spray. Depress nozzle fully to avoid spluttering or dripping of adhesive.
  • For lightweight materials: it is usually only necessary to coat one surface: the less porous. Bonds can be made up to 5 minutes after application.
  • For higher strength bonds or heavier materials: apply adhesive to both surfaces and close bonds within 15 minutes after application.
  • Close bonds when adhesive is aggressively tacky and press surfaces firmly together.
  • Trim materials may be repositioned and re-bonded before firm pressure is applied.
