ZG-90 Anti Rust Paint with Zinc Brushing Black 900ml

ZG-90 Black Paint with Zinc, which primes and top-coats in one application.

Provides a superior combination of good drying time, great coverage and solid opacity.

Demonstrates superior corrosion protection (meets ISO 12944-2 cat C3, tested to ASTM B117) and adhesion (tested to ISO 2409:0).

The paints are RAL matched for accurate and consisten colour reproduction with a long lasting satin finish.

Applications

ZG-90 can be used to repair damge to other zinc coatings.

Directions for Use

1. Use in a well ventilated area.


2. Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, dry, and free from grease. Remove any rust with a wire brush.


3. ZG-90 contains solids which settle in storage: shake the can vigorously until the agitator ball is free, and continue shaking for a further minute.


4. Shake the can periodically during application.


5. Apply in light, even coats - best results are obtained with 2 light coats, rather than one heavy coat.


6. Additional coats can be applied after 15 - 20 minutes.


7. When spraying is finished, clean the aerosol valve by turning the can upside down, and spray until only propellant escapes.


8. Do not use on the inside of water storage tanks.
